This Privacy Policy explains how Veee VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when you download, install, or use our mobile and desktop applications (the 'App'). We provide the service under principles of legality, necessity, and transparency, and protect your privacy within this policy.

When you launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection state, and session duration. To provide more suitable global access, we may process approximate device location for: 1. Node recommendation, using Veee VPN's node distribution to suggest better routes; 2. Performance optimization, using anonymized aggregate data to identify regional connection trends; 3. Service communication, sending account reminders, service updates, or security notices through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. Compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of user safety, property, or fraud investigations; 3. Cooperation with entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. To stop data collection, remove the App through your device uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account and delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. This App is not intended for minors under 13. If we discover accidental collection from that group, we will delete the information as soon as practical. Guardians may contact us through the same email. We use physical, electronic, and access-control safeguards to protect data confidentiality.
