This agreement is a legal contract between you and Veee VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the App and related VPN services.

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, trademark misuse, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, app-text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property in the App belongs to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees, and we will explain any fee changes to users. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices, as these actions may weaken system security and prevent the App from working normally.

This Service integrates certain necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by those partners respective service terms.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, poor signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, roaming charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service failure caused by device battery depletion, disabled permissions, or local network errors is not within our compensation scope. We strive to provide accurate route information, but some data comes from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by that data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services within the scope allowed by law.
